Book availability

I know that the standard answer to all 'when will book 'x' be available' is 'when we sort out the licensing arrangements', but I was wondering why the 'IVP Bible Background Commentary: New Testament' is available on biblia / iphone, but the 'IVP Bible Background Commentary: Old Testament' isn't available.

It seems like a strange oversight. Just about all of the 'IVP Reference Collection' is available except for this book. Is someone able to explain what might be the issue with this particular book?
