an error

First of all, let me apologize to everybody not involved in this problem, but realizing that Logos 4 does not meet my expectations as a Bible scholar, I would like to get a refund and send back the product and I have not yet got an answer. As the product came through the mail before Christmas I would not like to loose the possibility of a refund just by being outimed.Can anybody redirect me to the right place, the right person and possibly specify if I should prepare the package to be sent back (CDs)?

Thank you for the link. I just read the article and it confirms that Logos is not what I was looking for. I am neither a pastor nor a student, What I ask is right away the words, grammatical forms and synopsis of ancient material easily available. This Accordance does promptly and efficientyl. Moreover I can directly define in Hebrew or Greek the object of my search, which is mostly important to my work. The large exegesis, devotional, etc. library is of little interest to me.
I have already sent a mail yesterday to this electronic address and hope it will not remain unanswered. I am less easy with calling through the phone.

I believe that calling on the phone is by far the best way to get a refund.
