What's the difference between these two products? Does anyone happen to know?

The second one has been greatly updated and revised by Muraoka. The first one can still be useful, but I don't think they should be billing it as "the most up-to-date and comprehensive reference grammar of biblical Hebrew" when there's a newer edition with significant changes. I own the first in Logos and the second in Bibleworks. There wasn't an upgrade price for the updated edition when it came out. IIRC from talking to one of the employees, it's because there are so many changes as to make it a different book, so no upgrade was offered. It really chapped my hide at the time.
Excellent volume. We went through the first edition in one of my Hebrew classes. VERY thorough, and lots of scripture passages referenced, so it makes a good grammatical commentary.
I have the 2006 version in BibleWorks. I compared it with the older version which is $25 and could find no significant difference. Comparison of the Table of contents showed them both having identical contents at the identical spot. I suspect that the newer version has corrected typos and added something which, if you are a Hebrew scholar or doing significant research you might miss. I purchased the cheaper one last week, have noticed a few typos but am very pleased with it. I did several cross checks with the BW version and they are as close to identical as I can discern.
I appreciate the input.
Found a short review of the Revised edition at http://ext.sagepub.com/content/121/9/476.1.extract
According to that, the main differences are cosmetic (not relevant for Logos) and in the interaction with the secondary literature, which wouldn't show up in the main text.
