BUG: Command "import delete all" does not work 100%

I wanted to delete all of the notes from L3, so I executed this command. After this command executed, I noticed that I still have my note files, and some of the note files were still populated with L3 notes.

I do all of my editing in L3. I do compact the file then just expand one note, but like I said, I do all of my note editing in L3.
