Logos 4 start problem

Is anyone else having an issue with the start up of Logos 4? Yesterday I got a fraud alert from SpyBot when Logos was updating.

    There is an issue - seen in the 4.2Beta - where 

    "Logos4.exe will be incorrectly detected as the Win32:Unruy-K [Trj] trojan by Avast 5.0.677 (virus definitions 101208-01). This error has been reported to Avast."

    It may be that something similar is happening with SpyBot but that is just speculation. What specific alert was raised by SpyBot?
