Along with other personal reflections, I have been thinking about how far Logos 4 has come in this past year. I remember where I was when I was playing with Logos for the first few weeks. It's come a long way! Logos 4 is so much better now than a year ago, when it pretty much first came about. I am so happy to be on it, and I was skeptical at first, like many. I see it now as the foundation for many years of solid improvements! I just think this foundation of software has room to grow in very significant ways, and it excites me to think about how much further it will be in another year - not that I am not getting great value out of it now.
I also want to congratulate Logos for it's greatly expanded customer base. I participated in the early years of the News groups, which I also was saddened that they ended. But I notice no one has complained about that lately either, including me <g>.
I know Logos' customer base is much larger now, because everything they do comes along with both congratulations and criticisms! The Logos world is too big now for everyone to be happy with every decision, but since I have been one to complain at times and voice my opinion, I would like to say that I am very happy with the direction and leadership Logos offers its community. We will disagree in the future, but Logos 4 is a great product. Keep it up!
I look forward to a great New Year, and I want to offer a special thanks for truly heroic work to Bradley and Melissa. You both don't probably realize how consoling it is to see you jump in time and again and direct us, acknowledge something to be fixed, etc. You work a lot and the community loves all that you do.
