Hard drive crash

My hard drive crashed and the repair company was able to recover the data and program files but they had to create a new partition (D:) for all of it. I have had to reinstall many of my programs while others will launch and be of use from the partition.
The Libronix launch icon i on the drive but will not launch when I click on it. I have reinstalled the software from on line and when it asks for my license I don't have it (I moved and it is in storage somewhere). When I enter my current email address to have it sent to me the system doesn't recognize my email although it is in my account profile. When I activated the software many years ago, I had a different email address than I currently do. That email address is no longer available to me.
How can I reactivate this program?

I noticed my Libronix 3 Account Summary report still lists my old email address as my registered address while the Logos website account page lists my current (correct) email. I don't know why.

Your Libronix ID remains the email address that you used when you signed up for Logos. You can still use another email address to communicate with Logos.
However, Matthew is right, if you don't have the activation code you'll need to call customer service to get it back again.
