Hi. I do not use my library too much and the Logos indexing is annoying in that it slows down my computer
What IS indexing? and, more to the point, do I need it? Can I disable it? How?

right click on the icon (in windows down by clock) to pause it (indexing), if you need to do something which need the processor power, also dont turn machine off while indexing, chose hibernate or it will restart from the beginning ALL OVER AGAIN and you sound frustrated enough by it, sadly yes its needed and is essential, I reccomend you leave it running overnight when you are not using your machine to give it time to complete.
