I-phone book search

Is there any way to do a search in a book I am reading on i-phone? I see a few searches are available, but can't seem to find this very basic one.

    If you tap the screen it reveals all the toolbars. Just tap the search button and then make sure BASIC is tapped and type in the search box. Hit the Entire Library button and scroll down to do a search of the resource. If it is open it will be listed there.

    That is a little complicated. It would be nice to have search book as one of the menu options on the menu that appears when you swipe from bottom to top with a finger.

    Thank you for answering my question. 

    It seems to be working if you can figure out what those cryptic names that are listed once you tap "Entire Library" mean.  The book I am reading right now is listed as WFSE and I have a few more that I was reading with similar cryptic names (SNT, PAAEV2, IDBS).  It would help if instead of those we could see the actual book names.
