Reinstalling as upgrade

Our PC crashed and I have to reinstall Logos. How do I install Logos 4 if my version is an upgrade from Logos 3? Do I have to install using my Logos 3 disks and then run the upgrade disk? How about the patches and additional resources? Do i have to re-dowload them?

Jerry, just install the program from the Internet. Once that is finished, launch Logos 4, log in, and allow it to download your resources and other data and then it will start indexing.

Follow up question. I'm now finished with reinstallation and new install is indexing. How come some my resources are missing? I have shortcuts on the menu bar but the book cover is not appearing and Logos says I do not have the license when I click on it.

Did you ever synchronize licenses with Libronix? If not Logos' servers might not know about some of the stuff you own.

Most of the time when there's a disparity with the licenses it requires a call to Customer Service to fix. Be certain to have all of your old product keys and activation numbers handy just in case they need those. Sometimes people have two different accounts that need to be merged or something else like that.
