Does anyone know if Logos 4 has any resources that would provide a topical scripture memorization plan in the ESV (like the Navigators)? If not, any ideas as to how to create one?

There is one book that I am aware of because I have used it - Scripture Memory Made Easy by Mark Water

Unfortunately (for me!) that resource is available in Logos only as part of a collection that otherwise doesn't interest me. It's available cheaply in USA, but I would then have to pay a bomb for postage. Can't locate it in England.
Hmm, so it is. It is also part of Platinum edition.
Another option that I am planning on trying this year is Ken Boa's Handbook for Prayer. A lot of of it is just praying through scripture and I would like to memorize those passages.
Thanks for your comment, Nicky. By the way, I am coming to London for the first time next weekend(Jan 8) on business from the US (Chicago). What church would you recommend? Is John Stott still preaching?
Best regards,
John Finley
John, John Stott is no longer preaching, as far as I know, but All SOuls is carrying on the good tradition. I've never worshipped there, but I devour their podcasts. (Incidentally I committed my life to Christ after one of John Stott's sermons, many moons ago).
Jeremy, I noticed the collection was in Platinum, but that doesn't help me with the humble Scholars! I'm not quite sure why Platinum needs the "Made Easy" series...

I guess for those that have more dollars than sense [:P]
