Hyperlink? Popup? BUG?

I couldn't even find what these are called in Help. It's the blue text that, upon hover, pops up references, etc.

They no longer work as pop-ups. They do not work in any of my resources. If I click on a verse reference, the passage will open in my Bible. But they don't pop up. I don't see a program setting to turn this feature on or off.

Not sure when they quit because I haven't been able to use the app for over a week. I have tried restarting Logos. I've tried restarting my Mac. Not resolved. Has this been reported elsewhere? Is there a fix? Thanks.

comes when I hover over blue text Rom. 1:4. I don't see anywhere this is/can be disabled. Have you tried resetting settings? Tools | Program Settings, 'Reset Defaults' button. If that does not fix, and given that you say you have had problems running, you may need to report issue to Logos. Wonder if floating windows being used ? Pop-ups only appear in active window (can click in window to change active focus)

Yes. The only settings I had modified was to turn off both bookmarks settings. But I reset defaults anyway and it didn't help. So, I guess I'll report it.

To Patrick & KS4J: All of the instructions on troubleshooting reference what to do after a crash. But it doesn't crash. It just loses some functionality. Will the logs still be useful?

So I'm not sure if I should start a new thread just to report this with logs... But for now here it is.

This is not a crash. The pop-up functionality is gone. (See Patrick's screenshot above for an example of how it should be working. It's not.)There are no steps needed to produce this loss of functionality. Program settings are at default (except that I have marked "No" on both of the "Show... Bookmarks" settings.

Anyway, here are the logs (using Logos Log Scribe):

Ok... I accidentally figured out that this is not just a Logos issue on my MacBook. My dock wasn't showing/hiding properly, hot corners on my display didn't function, thumbnails on "Top Sites" would not launch, etc.

It's something to do with my mouse. When I use the trackpad, everything works as expected. "Everything" includes the pop-ups in Logos 4 Mac. Sorry for the trouble everyone. And thanks for trying to help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'd already looked into my Prefs. There is nothing that would explain why the mouse would quit activating on hover or cease to send right clicks. This mouse is from an older iMac (I use a track ball there). I've never been a fan of those mice because they don't seem to work consistently. But that is a topic for another website. Thanks again.
