20% off base package discount code not working?

Hi, I am currently attempting to purchase one of the Logos base packages using the 20% off discount code "REDESIGN", but when I enter it (and press "update cart") the price stays the same. I am looking at the green "Bible study" base package. It should be $216 and change when the discount is applied.  The discount code should work until midnight Jan. 2nd. Any tips on how to get the code to work?   Thanks!

    It appears that something is wrong with the shopping cart applying the coupon. If no one from Logos sees this post I would purchase without the discount then call on Monday and ask that the discount be applied (they will be able to see that you bought it by Midnight on the 2nd this way). They can credit you for the difference.

    Confirmed that it also doesn't work for me. You will probably need to give Logos customer service a call on Monday and explain what happened. I'm sure they will honor this offer as you attempted to purchase before the deadline.

    thanks for posting this. i just thought I didn't understand how the discount worked. maybe my upgrade will be a little cheaper than I thought.

    I called today regarding my order from the other day, and they took care of the discount issue for me, since I purchased the base package before the code expired. Great customer service!  thanks again

    Their Customer Service people are so nice!  They said a lot of people had problems with this coupon code.

    Mine was a little more complicated because i used a payment plan but they said they were going to adjust everything and i should see it fixed late this week or next.
