Does anyone know how I get Logos to print the footer. It is visible in the print preview but will not print.

Have you double checked to see if you have the latest drivers for your printer? I get some cut-off in the footer region but since it's generally the citation I don't mind.
I didn't realize that I had the margin set to "narrow" when I switched it to "normal" it printed the footer. Thanks for the help.
