That is exciting to hear. I was seriously thinking of getting a Nook not so much to read BN books but to root it. Was rooting it hard? I've read how to do it and it seems simple enough. Have you tested restoring it back to original in case there is a hardware issue and you need warranty service?

No, I haven't tested unrooting it, but I understand it is a two-step process.
I will say that rooting it wasn't ultimately that hard, but the instructions on XDA-Developers weren't all that clear.
Now that it is rooted, I have the Kindle app installed (the irony of reading Kindle books on a BN tablet).
I'm running the B&N (1.2 updated) version of Android, but can't figure out how in "mobile" view to get into a reading plan other than my ESV Bible reading plan.
I can do it when in "Desktop" mode, but then I don't see any scroll bars on the right hand pane of the window, so I can't read beyond the first pane of text.
When I try the same thing from my Desktop (Win7, IE7) in "Biblia Mobile", I also can't figure out how to call up a reading plan other than the ESV one.

I purchased the Cruz Tablet Reader running Android 2.1 for less than the Nook price - and have Kindle, Nook, and Google readers all running. It is a bit limited as a Android tablet - but works great as a reader.
The only problem I foresee is that the rumor mill suggests that the LOGOS app will require Android 3.0 - but till it is released, we will just have to wait and see.
