Is there a way to read my logos books from my Kindle?
Not directly unfortunately at moment I believe — also there is no native Logos Kindle 'app'.
I've read in some forum posts people doing round about method to get the content into form which can then be uploaded to Kindle. Not sure about this from a Logos licensing perspective though.
So if you can export a book out to a 'free' format which can then be imported into Kindle you could achieve it.
