Semeia Volumes "Missing"

I have been doing some "housecleaning" on my L4 program, i.e., trying to streamline a little. As I was going through my collections, I noticed that when I keyed in "type:Journal AND title:Semeia" I only show 73 of the 91 volumes. I'm missing volumes 33-36 and volumes 47-56. Is anyone else experiencing this? Where are my missing volumes?

You probably have them all, the meta data is not complete. Instead do just "Title:Semeia", and order by title. You should have 88 resources this way, as 90/91 are in 1 resource and 83/84 and 69/70 are in one resource.

I think the problem is that the volumes you are missing are found in type "monograph". Hopefully this gets corrected.

As house cleaning goes I find that navigating by types in the library is a good way to get a handle on things. All types except for Bible Commentary and Monograph are fairly easy to grapple. For the big two, navigating by series usually is helpful - although this list is far from complete. I supplement this list of series with my own tags (this includes: 1) third party packages - all IVP references books get the same IVP tag 2) any logos collections that I get in my base package 3) any obvious series that logos hasn't tagged as such.

After doing this I can view by type, series or tag and see what I have.

BUT if I want to view all the monographs that I have that aren't in a series and haven't been tagged, I insert the following line into the library command bar

type:monograph ANDNOT series:"*" ANDNOT mytag:"*"
