Hi Melissa.  I'm having trouble updating the indexing.  It keeps crashing on me all the time.  It hasn't finished indexing for some months now.  File is attached if you can help out.  Thanks, James5381.Logos4IndexerCrash.txt

    Welcome James,

    For this problem see   http://community.logos.com/forums/p/27367/206990.aspx#206990

Please start a new thread for future issues, though. Prefix with Crash: or Bug: if it fits those categories as it helps direct attention to your issue.

The error in your log indicates there is a possible compatibility problem with a few resources in your library following a recent resource update. Following the steps below should resolve the problem:

    1. Delete the NASB95.logos4, NASBOT.lbsrvi, NASBNT.lbsrvi, KJV1900.logos4, KJV1900NT.lbsrvi, and KJV1900OT.lbsrvi files.
      a. They are found in C:\Users\userfolder\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\uniquefolder\ResourceManager\Resources.
    2. Once the files are deleted, restart Logos 4 and enter the command Update Resources.
    3. Allow the program to download the updates and restart Logos 4 again.
    4. After Logos 4 loads check your library to make sure the Bibles have completely re-downloaded:
      a. Open the King James Version (1900) and make sure the Interlinear Data is available in the Old and New Testaments.
      b. Repeat with the New American Standard Bible (1995).
    5. If the books do not appear, close Logos 4 and go to the following location:
      C:\Users\userfolder\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\uniquefolder\ResourceManager\.
    6. Delete the ResourceManager.db file in ResourceManager and restart Logos 4 to force discovery.
    7. After Logos 4 reloads, repeat step 4 a and b.

Since you indicated you've had trouble indexing for a few months, this fix may not resolve all your indexing problems, but it should resolve the crash recorded in the log.
