Does anyone know how to change the e-mail address on the home page up in the ribbon area? I tried going to my profile and changing it with no luck.

The email address on the home page is your Logos customer ID, which is the email address you used when you first bought Logos. I think changing the email address in the profile doesn't change the customer ID. You'll have to talk to customer support if you want to change your customer ID.
That's what I thought but wasn't sure so I thought I would ask, you never know.

The email at the top is indeed your Logos ID. It matches the email you use when signing into Logos.com. You can change that email address, but you'll need sing into Logos 4 again. If you close Logos then re-open it while holding down the left Ctrl button, you should be prompted to log in again.

Hi Ryan,
I did as you said and it worked like a charm. The reason forall this was I switched my internet provider. I wanted to have internet on the go and found out real fast that the coverage was not what they saidit would be in the area I live in. I don’t want to name who I tried, because I don’t want anyone gettingthe wrong impression. It didn’t work for me, but that doesn’t mean it won’t workfor someone else.
