Index crashes on intial install

I just installed Logos.  The index icon shows up for a moment and then goes away.  I have unistalled and reinstalled.  I have tried "rebuild index".  I have restarted the computer. Any thoughts?5468.Logging.zip

    Appears Indexer is OK, does not have any resources to index.

    Logos4.log file has some odd errors => "Error getting file info from FileService. User not linked. LogosUserId: #####", followed by "GetResourceDownloadInfo failed; aborting resource processing."  and variety of "just leaking" messages.  Another "User not linked" message is followed by a crash.

    From "User not linked" error messages, suspect need to contact Logos so customer support can verify/update logos.com account.  Logos web page has contact phone number and business hours => http://www.logos.com/


    Wonder if can sign in to http://biblia.com/ using Logos.com account ?

    If biblia sign-in OK, wonder about launching Logos 4, quickly press and hold command key - wait for sign-in dialog box to appear - release command key - then retype Logos.com account and password, then click sign-in.

    Thank you.  I signed into Biblia and also tried the command thing...didnt work

    Recommend calling Logos 1-800-875-6467 so customer service can link your account.
