Jeremiah LifeWorks 2.0

Yesterday I purchased David Jeremiah's LifeWorks 2.0 Library:
http://www.logos.com/product/8590/the-jeremiah-lifeworks-library-20
The web page, as you will see above, lists it as both a "Download Only" and as a "CD-ROM" product. After purchasing, the text based files did download - but the audio files (books and sermons) did not. Customer service is trying to find out what happened to the audio files, but at this point does not have an answer - I thought I might ask here to see if anybody else has had this problem with this product.
The version 1.0 product has similar markings -
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
Blessings,
Floyd

Disc 2 is Audio files; 583 MB in mp3 format. This wouldn't come to you via Logos4 download so you need to see if Logos will provide a link to their server or send the CD's.

The product description no longer mentions the CD-ROM, but I still do not have the audio files that are mentioned in the listing. They are making some progress, but I still am waiting for a reply to my inquiry. If I hear nothing by Monday, I will contact Customer Service again.

Floyd,
In looking at The Jeremiah LifeWorks Library 2.0 page, I do not see that there is any mention of audio files, only Bible Versions, David Jeremiah Books, David Jeremiah Study Guides and Reference Titles. It does, however, mention the Logos Hymnal, which does work in Logos 4. If you still do see the audio files listed, can you let me know so that I can look into this further?
Thank you,

Here it is:
I find this offering very disturbing. First Logos is selling it for twice the price someone could get the identical product for from the publisher. Second, the publisher's web site clearly indicates there are audio titles:
Third, the Logos listing claims over 80 titles, and later says there are 89 volumes. However a simple count of what is supposed to be included comes to 60 titles. There is no indication about what the missing 20-29 volumes are.
I believe some clarity needs to come to the listing and to the issue of audio files. As to pricing the old adage holds true even with Logos resources: "let the buyer beware."

Well it doesn't say that now at http://www.logos.com/product/8590/the-jeremiah-lifeworks-library-20. Although it does say this right above that:
In this updated edition, David Jeremiah's best-loved books, study guides, and audio books are combined with a wealth of Nelson Reference books to create The Jeremiah LifeWorks Library.
Interactivity and ease-of-use have increased with a fresh new format that guides the user through the entire software program. Read books, listen to audio books, print study guide material, create word studies, reports, lists, and much more.

This is getting worse. Apparently Logos does not want to offer a CD version and therefore no audio files. They have not indicated that this is less than the product of the same title and cover shot that the publisher originally produced. To add insult to injury they are charging twice what the publisher charges for the version that includes the audio files.
Someone at Logos needs to address this deception and make the clear statement that this is an 'abridged product' as it is posing as the real thing.

What is worse, and I hinted at above, the description has changed since I placed my order. I am getting confuseder and confuseder. I did receive the following note from LOGOS in my e-mail this afternoon:
[quote]Dear Floyd,
Thank you for your call. I did a little bit of research into this issue and found that we are no longer selling those sermon files as a part of that collection. This is because we are no longer shipping the product as a disc. Unfortunately the product page had not been updated. We will be happy to mail you a disc with those files. These should be playable in a media player outside of your Logos program. Please let me know if you would like me to send that to you. Thank you for your business.
Sincerely,

Glad they are doing right by you. I just hope the differences are made clear and obvious and that Logos takes their shorting of the product into account when they price it (or offer the disc to those who request it).

Now you would not know it is a Libronix title which I got (from a retail outlet in Oz) for a lot less than the discounted price with the CD ie.it has not been converted to Logos4 format!

I recieved the audio CD in my Jeremiah Lifeworks Library. Libronix did not import the audio...I just copied it over into my music folder for listening whenever I get ready.
