Crash B4: Opening Logos Hymnal Media Resource

Just opened the resource from Library and it crashed. There are many warnings in the log like:

Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'BHTGRAPH'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'DB:SYNTAX-BHT'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'Internal:ScholarsLibrarySilverLE'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'IPHONE-ENABLED'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:1.0.338'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:BHT'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:BHTGLOSS'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:CSGNT'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:ESVOTREVINT'.
Warn    LibraryCatalog    No metadata found for resource 'LLS:NIV2011'.

I haven't received NIV2011 yet! And I don't own any LLS:BHT resources.

I just opened it OK from a Basic Search tab looking for <JN 4:3>

The exception in the log, "System.InvalidOperationException: An unspecified error occurred on the render thread" was reported by a few users in the past while using Biblical Places. In each case it was due to the video card. The resolution was to update the video driver.

Video driver is the latest for my Desktop computer. That was the very first time I opened that resource and it hasn't crashed since!
