"Page Down" "Page Up" in Notes is not operating correctly

I am copying some rather lengthy L3 notes over to L4.  In the course of doing so, I have had to do some reformatting and I have discovered that when the "Page Down" key is pressed, the cursor goes all the way to bottom of the document instead of just to the next page of text.  Similarly, "Page Up" takes the cursor all the way to the top of the document.

I should also add how much I appreciate how L4 automatically makes any Scriptural reference contained in a note a hotspot and pops up the Text when the cursor hovers over it!  Very nice.
