Crash after resource download for B9

I had installed B9 with a download nag persisting from  B8. Finally let it go and got a 63 MB download. After indexing I wanted to see if Sympathetic Highlighting was still going to affect things, so I opened ESV and LGNTI, then I think I clicked in one of them followed by the Crash!

Did not occur afterward, but I did achieve a Symphony with LGNTI!  So what was meant by Blacklisting it in the B9 Release Notes?
