I just ordered what I thought was software for Logos 4 mac but it was a download. I need to cancel!!!

Welcome to the forums.
Logos is designed to be installed via the Internet. You really don't need physical media anymore because once you set up an account with Logos, it knows what you have bought. You can download the software and install it on a computer at any time.
That said, if you really want a refund, call Logos customer support first thing on Monday morning and they will accommodate your wish. Or, they may be able to send you physical media as well.
It is a gift - I thought it was discs.
Is there a set of discs?
As above contact customer services on Monday morning. They are very good at dealing with these kind of things. Some things have physical media others don't. If you want to give it as a gift you may be able to speak to them on Monday and find a way for them to add it to the account of the person concerned? Worth asking if physical media aren't available.

Whilst physical media is available, providing your recipient has a reasonable internet connection, the download option is probably the best.
You can make up a nice card with the download links included.
I am certain that Customer Services will be able to sort out something for you. If you are not in the US a cheap way to contact them is using Skype.
I just bought Logos 4 for my sister in law...here is what I did.
I created a user account in her name, using her email address, at Logos and used my CC info to purchase.
Then I called her and told her her own login info...and she downloaded it...
then I removed my CC info from her account.....
It worked like a charm!
