Sugg: Provide Choice for Full or Partial Index on Update

This may be due to the nature of the Beta program, in which interllinears are updated with each stage, but currently the temporary indexing takes about 3 hours or so. I would like a choice to either run a full index or a partial index as part of the updating process.
