I have the Bible Study Logos 4 Software and these three things are in grayscale and an unaccessible. How can I use them? Thanks.

You should have them so something's amiss. When you say they are in grayscale, do you mean that under the Tools Menu they are grayed out?
A follow-up question: is indexing underway at the present time? (There should be a blue Logos icon in the system try at the lower right hand corner of your monitor which should tell you if it is indexing when you hover over it.)
