[Another resource bug that I wish there were a separate forum for, as it's not a beta bug, but I have no better place to report it where it will get through to the right people]
In Dancing with the Angel by Arnold Smit, chapter titles are nested one level in, which they shouldn’t be. This causes the TOC to have extra levels that need to be expanded to see the chapter titles:
The TOC should read "Chapter 1 - Participating in God's Reign" and so forth.
