4.2a Beta 4: Some problems with searching in Biblical Places
Biblical Places does not find the maps in the back of the Apologetics Study Bible, which are excellent! E.g., search for Pergamum, which appears clearly in the map titled “Paul’s Missionary Journeys” (logosres:aplgstdybbl;art=concor.13), and it doesn't find that one. I haven't taken the time to determine whether none of the maps in this resource are included in Biblical Places or if it's just sporadic searches that don't work to find them.
The reason I'm not sure is that Biblical Places is inconsistent on what it finds in other maps. For example a search for Pergamum will find “Paul’s Missionary Journeys” in Tyndale Bible Dictionary, but a search for Fair Havens will not find that same map, even though it is clearly depicted, both in the main map and the inset map “Paul’s Journey to Rome.”
