4.2a Beta 4: Open collections don't refresh when you change tags in Library

Open a collection that is based on a mytag. Open the Library and add that tag to another book that didn’t have it yet. Wait until the Library refreshes. The open collection does not refresh. It should. You have to close it and open it again before it refreshes to include the new book.

If any metadata that affects membership is changed one has to refresh the open Collection.
