Bug: 4.2a Beta 4: Two note flags inserted in this case

Open Paul’s First Letters: Galatians and I & II Thessalonians by Bob Utley, go to the Special Topics TOC (logosres:blint07;art=toc.2), select the word GALATIONS (yeah, I know it’s a typo; I’ve already reported it), right-click and add a note to whatever note file you want.
Two note flags get inserted, one at the beginning of this word and one at the end of the previous line:

Hmm. It's reproducible for me every time, whether I select the whole word first and then right-click, or just right-click on the word.
I can't remember, are you running the Windows version (beta?) or Mac?

I am running Beta 4 on both platforms, and I get the double icon on both.

I am running Beta4 on Windows
EDIT: And I now do get the same behaviour you described! I don't know what has changed from this morning when it wasn't happening.

Here's another even worse example that might be a case of this same bug or a different bug. It's happening with highlighting style when I have a "Text Before" label. The label is being repeated three times when I simply selected one word and applied the highlight to it. Here's the style definition:
(none of the styling features below that line are used)
And here's how it shows up in text where I highlighted just the word H0MILET1CS:

The first time I tried this, it placed a marker only in front of Galations; however, after deleting that note and trying a second and subsequent times, it places the two note markers as you indicate above. The same thing happens when I right-click on "A" in the next article below this one, too. I'll submit the report. It may be something they need to fix in the book.

I'm seeing this as well. Although it's a different book, it may be a software issue, or it could be a similar spacing issue in the resource. I'll let development decide on that. Thanks.
