I was going through a whole bunch of search results having searched for l972, l988, l982, l970, l973, l974, l965, l980, l984, l985, l987, l996, l954, l966 (notice those are all L's instead of 1's for the first digit), then clicking on the highlighted hits to open each resource in sequence and then right-clicking on each to select it, and reporting them all as typos. After reporting each typo, I'd select the erroneous text again and apply my "Typo Reported" highlighting style by pressing its shortcut key, T. At one point when I clicked on one of the search result hits (or possibly when I pressed T to apply a highlighting style), Logos crashed with a NullReferenceException. I couldn't possibly recreate all the steps leading up to it, as I'd had Logos open for hours, but this sort of searching (for numbers with L's and O's instead of 1's and 0's in them) and reporting typos is all I'd been doing (and closing tabs when too many got open) for at least the last hour or so. I hope the log file gives you enough info to track down what is causing this:
