Does anyone know how to use one note in more than one spot?  For example I have a series of books when you go to resource information their is basically no description, so I would like to copy the description from the LOGOS page and then put it in multiple titles using one note.

There's no way to do that. What you could do as a lame work-around is place the resource information in one note and then place links to it within each of the notes that are attached to the various spots. Not great, because it involves having to follow two links to get to the note content, but at least it avoids duplicating the content and taking up space, though the kind of space we're talking about is peanuts, so it's not really a big advantage.

But what you really want to do is something that others have requested -- it would be very useful to be able to link to the same note from multiple places. There is an entry for this feature suggestion already on the UserVoice Logos forum and you could go add your vote(s) to it to help it become a reality.

Thanks for the quick reply, I didn't think it could be done.  Thanks for the tip about the uservoice.  I just wanted to get around the repeating of the same note.  Thanks again!!!
