Logos 4 indexer crash

When I try to start LOGOS 4 after the upgrade to KF is get indexer crashing. Odd feature, I get three logos icons in the tray all claiming to be related to the index operation. I presume that I need to erase some file and then go on. Can anyone tell me which files??

The log file points to a corrupt index file. If you can get into Logos 4, type Rebuild Index in the command Bar and hit Enter. If you can't get into Logos 4 then navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\robert\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4\Data\0l2mhto2.fe4\LibraryIndex\LibraryIndex.db and delete the LibraryIndex.db file and restart Logos.

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried both tricks (and deleted Bibleindex.db as well). still no joy. .

How about attaching your newest log files and letting us see them (should have a new crash).

Also, did you see multiple icons after taking the above actions?

I went experimenting on my own, deleting the files in the LIbraryCatalog directory (as well as LIbraryIndex and BibleIndex) allowed the system to startup and it seems to be working now. The latest log shows indexer exiting normally. Thanks for the help. The problem may well have been related to the fact that that there were 8 files in LibraryCatalog and only two in LibraryIndex.
