I liked ver 3's red dictionary lookup icon in the system tray. It's lacking in 4. Is there a way to enable it?

(It doesn't have to be red.)

Peace Daniel,                       *smile*                 You can have what you desire!                             Just open dictionary (e.g. Webster's 11th) - then drag to the shortcut bar - close the dictionary - and from then on you may use the icon on the shortcut bar

    It's even red!

Thanks, Mel; but you're talking about the shortcut bar within Logos?

I'm talking about the system tray, the lower-right-hand corner of the monitor where the time, date, and a few select other processes show. In Logos 3, the dictionary was available no matter what application one was working in, as long as Logos was open. I don't see it for ver 4.

aaaahhhH!  Daniel!   .............    should have thought that through .................for other applications   (or, just to look something up!)

should have been obvious to me        .....................                     It's 8:09 Eastern Standard Time right now, and I'm thinking about shutting down my tired old mind ................            *smile*

am grateful to your post, though, Daniel     ...........    I know have a shiny red Websters 11 symbol on my Logos 4 shortcut bar

    Mel,.I'm afraid Daniel is correct.

In L3 there is also a (black) "copy Bble verses" in that system tray. It too is now restricted to being on the L4 shortcut bar.

[There is a way around this - for the "copy Bible" but not for the "dictionary", but it involves a different companies software...so I will not mention it [:$]]
