I was billed for the recently released NICNT James and John / Philippians and Philemon books but cannot get them to download on OS X. I also ordered and did download Galatians and Luke. Anybody else experiencing this?
Assuming you have closed and restarted L4 after giving enough time (15-30 minutes) for the licenses to refresh on the server, it should download immediately when you restart Logos.
First check to make sure that internet is turned to ON and that automatic updates are allowed.
If these are set correctly and you still do not get the files call customer service. They are your help.
I did do all those things. One of the volumes actually downloaded yesterday so I know all of that works. I have hit "update resources" about a half dozen times and it finds nothing.
If one of the volumes downloaded I suggest you determine which ones did not download and call CS about it.
Sounds like you've done what you could.
A restart is required to pick up license changes. Update resources doesn't do it.
I've had to wait up to 11 hours or longer after getting the email for the resources to download. I command Update Resources at intervals, till it responds positively. When the download is complete it invites me to restart Logos4.
