How do I restore resources without a 5GB download

Can someone please help. 

I am attempting to install Logos4Mac on a new mac air.

Steps I have followed:

1. restore Logos from time machine into applications folder
2. opened logos and correctly put in email address and password
3. copied resources into /user/myname/library/application support/logos4/data/wdjbcocs.g3y/resourcemanager/resources folder

I still can not see my resources when I go to my library.

Can someone please help? How do I restore resources without a 5GB download?

Copying resources into resources folder worked for Logos for Mac 1.2.2, but  does not work for Logos 4.

Suggest moving resources to different folder (could be on desktop), then look at wiki steps => http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_Multiple_Macs#Copy_Logos_4_Resources_to_Mac_OS_X
