Clueless on downloading library

I have Logos 4, and have a library package on my PC.  I have an Ipad, and have downloaded the LBS app.  But now I have no idea how to go about downloading my library onto my Ipad.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  (I purchased and downloaded the upgrade:  Upgrade Pastor's Library (QB) to Leader's Library (LE).)
