Is it possible to import Word documents to Logos 4 for mac?
Cinthia, welcome to the forums.
Are you asking if you can have Logos keep your Word Documents in your library?
The answer is No, not right now.
You can copy the contents of your Word files into a notes document.
However, Logos has promised something called the Personal Book Builder which will presumably allow one to import all kinds of documents into the program. No real idea on when it might be ready, Logos has let the anticipated quarter for its release to slip a few times.
Can I use highlighting in notes?
No, unfortunately not. You can Bold, Italics and Underline but not highlight.
One more question, I do allot of marking as a Precepts student. Any suggestions of how I can use Logos in order to utilize the highlighting in my studies? I guess there isn't a printing option either.
Logos offers a Precepts highlighting pallate that has a big chuck of the styles. You can custom make any styles you find lacking in the default setup.
Logos 4 Mac has some printing support in the current beta. You should be able to print highlighted text in the near future. One can do it right now in the PC version very effectively.
