Error: Unable to download resource

I was going through the library and downloading all my resources for offline use...when I get to "The Soul of Science" and try to download it offline, I get "Unable to download resource LLS:43.10.1"

This is the case on both my iPad and iPhone, so I am assuming it is a problem with the resource file.
