I'm trying to upgrade from LE to KB. However on logos.com, I'm unable to click pass the Checkout page to get to the Billing page. Each time I press "proceed", it does not go from Checkout to Billing.
There's a "payment plan" popup there that occasionally web browsers don't like. Try a different browser.
Tried IE and Firefox on my computer as well as Safari on my iPad. All these browsers do not allow me to checkout at logos.com!
Also tried Safari on my wife's Macbook. No go, too!
Also, I tried to checkout a book instead of the upgrade. Again, unable to get to the billing page.
Odd... I don't know what else to suggest but to call Sales and have them process it.
Finally managed to purchase the upgrade using IE8 on Windows XP.
