I had the notes and such from L3 imported to L4.
I just noticed (duh) that they are out of wack,
In L3 they start with the number and move to Alphabet.
In L4 they seem to be all jumbled and discombobbulated.
How can this be fixed?
Thanks.

I too have this problem, and it should be reported as a bug.
Robert and Tom, where are you seeing this? In the note file? In the File menu?
I remember an old ad by John Houseman for Smith-Barney in which he said, "At Smith-Barney we make money the old-fashioned way -- we earn it." Similarly, I think your only alternative at the moment is to invest some "sweat equity" and put things back the way they belong. Jumbled notes can be rearranged by dragging them to the appropriate location (use the icon to drag it). Fonts can be changed. It just takes work. I'm still working on my notes too.
In my note files
click file and then when it appears then notes. the list generated is jumbled, meaning that everything from L3 (also the ones created with L4). sentence diagrams, passage lists, notes. the whole kitten-ka-boodle is there. The was no seperation as when you open them in L3 does this help?
Thanks George, but i just attempted this and it did not work.....

The list of documents in the files menu is organized by 'last used' (the most recently used being on top). Note that you can find a particular note by typing it's name in the command box in that menu and above the list of user documents (after the word "Open" on the top). You can list all your notes by typing "Notes" there, all your passage lists by typing "Passage" or "List" (or both).
Others have suggested that these be ordered by type by default. Maybe you'd like to join that suggestion, or suggest it again.

For both of you: in the notes document click the panel menu and select SORT.
Else if you mean the file menu itself, that collection of documents is sorted according to Most Recently Used.
I thought you were talking about the notes themselves. Apparently you are speaking of the way they appear on the menu. Follow Rich's advice on that. I sometimes wish they were simply listed in alpha order myself.
Thomas we are not on the same page here. i do not have a problem with my notes in a Note itself jumbled it is the last image........
now hold a sec..
i have nothing and get nothing and see nothing that states or imply's "verse notes", are you running a beta? i see nothing in the help file concerning 'verse notes' or i just am blind---
now hold a sec...
ok the verse lists from l3 imported as passage list to l4, guess thats why i couldn't find them (duh!!)
now hold a sec...ok lest go with this for the moment.
Thomas, okay i got it...it took another cup of java....
your 'verse notes' is a notes title change...no biggie...got it.
so regardless of what you created or imported [note,passage,diagram,etc.,etc.] are listed as last known....ok.
the 'sort' got me, i have never used it, but i see your point there,,,,,,,
umm yes i agree they should look and see if there is a way to get them as 'numeric-alpha'.
ok i am good here, got what was happening to all those notes and such when i finally decided to import. Although i did notice some of them did not import...i had some graphics query's that got lost,

I refer to this as "disorganized by last used" as it is not satisfactory for my use. However, this doesn't seen to be a high vote getter on uservoice.

As someone who has over 70 note files, and you have to have the note file open to add a note to it; it is high on my list.
