You will have to contact customer service at Logos. The 800 number is on the web site (free for North America). If that's not an option, you can try an email to support at logos dot com.

The upgrade you recently purchased has already been unlocked in your account; a serial number is not necessary. If you are getting the serial number prompt when you start Logos 4, just hold the Ctrl key down as you click on Later--the button will change to Never. Click that and it won't prompt you again. When Logos 4 comes up, it will recognize the new license and your new resources should be downloaded automatically, if you have "Automatically Download Updates" set to "Yes" in Program Settings.
