For some reason I can no longer bring a window in front of Logos. In order to see any other windows I have to minimize Logos.
I have not had this problem before that I recall.
Anyone know what is up?

What Operating system do you have? Have you installed a program that keeps others in front?
Have you restarted the computer?
I have Win7 64 bit.
I don't think I have installed anything new and I restarted it a couple of times, including yesterday.
As long as Logos is minimized everything else comes to the front naturally when I click on it. When Logos is maximized or up but not maximized, nothing come to the front. if it is in between maximized and minimized (whatever that's called), I can see the other things come to the front behind Logos.

Just clarification's for ease of use:
Maximized = complete full screen
Minimized = sitting in taskbar only
Restored/Normal = not full screen but visible as a window.
So you're saying that when Maximized Logos is always in front no matter what and when minimized or restored other items can come to the front. [^o)] I'm thinking about it but I'm not coming up with any particular reason.
The only times I've run into anything like this has been with drivers but it wasn't program specific.
Let's a have a look at some Diagnostic Logging perhaps.

The few times I've had a problem such as this was when some process was still downloading and didn't give up control to another process.
Are you noticing that you can't get programs behind Logos to come to the front via the Windows task bar, or that you can't when using Alt-Tab, or that neither works.
I am also using Win7 64 (Home Premium) Sometimes I've seen L4 not play well with the Windows task bar, but I've always been able to Alt-Tab to my other programs. I don't see it with any regularity, and am not seeing it on the latest beta (can't remember when I saw it last - maybe just before this beta).
