I have had this program for over six months and each time i attempt to use this program i get a message saying that it's not registered and i have no access to program, but my new attempt to  register said product is sucessful, but i'm still unable to access program

You have to discern your user account (customer ID plus authentication code) on the one and licenses for specific resources you want to use in Libronix on the other hand. First make sure you entered the correct customer ID and authentication code, then check whether your resources are unlocked - you can do this in your library management. In case there are locked licenses although you have entered a valid license key, call Customer Service.
