Can not install prerequisites on new update

I get a message that says the update cannot install Logos prerequisites
then it quits. I have tried several times and keep getting the error.
I have Win7 Ultimate x64

You may need to "Run as Administrator" (right click on the Logos icon, select Run as Administrator) to do this install since it is updating/installing .NET pieces...

It will run and prompt for admin credentials in Vista/Win 7 if updating in a Windows Standard User account. We need to see a log which could be in \temp\Logos Log Files. If you enable permanent logging the logs will be in \Documents\Logos Log Files. Then upload the logs.

See my previous reply. What type of Windows account (Admin or Standard User). Is this a first installation?

This log is from Sept last year. Please upload logs dated about 24 Jan - they could be is \Documents\Logos Log Files or \temp\Logos Log Files. If you enable logging and repeat the installation attempt the logs will be in \Documents\Logos Log Files.

What type of Windows account do you have (Admin or Standard User)? How did you attempt the installation?
