I did a search in my entire library for "ipse dixit" then sorted the results by Title, scrolled down to find the book I was looking for (Collins Latin Dictionary and Grammar) that I remembered had a section on Latin Phrases used in English in it, then clicked on the highlighted "ipse dixit" in that hit.
The resource opened but scrolled to the wrong place.

This was a resource that I had opened before, and had left the TOC pane open when I last used it. So it came up with that open. I think that affected the computation of where to scroll the resource, because if I close the TOC pane, then it readusts the scroll position and shows "ipse dixit" on the top line:

Turning on/off the TOC pane should not change what is in the top line of the display area! So that is either a separate bug, or the underlying cause of this bug. I think this is something that got broken recently, as I don't recall it ever behaving this way before. I toggle TOC panes on/off a lot and would have noticed.
