Header missing in a section of a resource

I appreciate the new header and footer in 1.6.1. I like it much more than the header and footer in the Olive Tree app.

In Pannenberg's Systematic Theology the header is missing in a section of volume 1. This don't occur in Logos 4 so I report it in this forum.

Here is four screen shots to show the glitch where the header disapears and where it shows up again. It seems to do with the headings.
