logos 4 purchase?

To whom it may concern
I recenly took a look at Logos 4 but did not want to download or actually purchase an upgrade. Andrew from your account department (I suppose) phone regarding a order or purchase that was not finished or is pending. I dont have the money to buy this fantastic Bible program. Will you therefor please cancel any order from me because it was an accidental download and I never would have try to buy it.

Cornie, this is not an effective way to contact Logos to cancel an order. This forum is read and responded to mostly by other users. Logos employees occasionally drop by but they might miss certain posts for days on end or completely. You will need to call them at 1-800-875-6467 or email sales@logos.com.

I'm afraid this forum won't be the place to get this settled, you will have to contact Logos by Phone or email customer service in order to take care of this.
