Logos Mac to Windows Sync

I just purchased a new Macbook Pro and have just installed Logos (currently indexing). I will be using Logos for Windows on my PC in my office and Logos for Mac at home. Are there any known  synchronization issues between these two formats that I should keep in mind (besides the missing handouts feature)?

    I have found the sync to work well between my PC and Mac. I do make sure the program is finished syncing before shutting down and then give the other computer some time to sync before opening layouts etc. You can hover over the sync icon on the top left of the screen to see the status.
